Windows Movie Maker v6 [32 and 64-bit]
A lot of people still prefer the previous version of Windows Movie Maker v6 over the new ones. It offers a lot of the features people want, it's smaller and apparently has less installation problems than the newer versions have.
You can still download Windows Movie Maker v6 from the Internet. Here's a link to the 32/64-bit versions of the older application.
